Pinched Nerve, Ganglion Cyst

This week I was happy to receive this spontaneous note from a client who had recently moved away.

“I’m not sure if you remember, but in one of our sessions I had a pinched nerve that was definitely affected by the ganglion cyst in my wrist. I don’t remember exactly what you did, but I remember you pulling at my hand & wrist and I felt so much of that tension release.

Well, the cyst has diminished to the point it’s gone & I’m convinced it’s from that day because it only got smaller & smaller after our session. I also haven’t had any problems since! I had that darn thing for 10 years & now I actually have mobility in my wrist again
So thank you so so much. Not only for that but for everything you’ve done that’s got me functioning better & better since we first met!”

I do remember that session– she had pain all the way up her arm to her shoulder, and could hardly use it. I was so pleased to see the quick relief that day, and am thrilled to know that the cyst itself seems to be resolving after one treatment. Manual therapy can be so powerful– and it is often a pain-free solution to so many issues!
