Policies (So We’re All on the Same Page…)
Payment: I take dollars or euros or if you have the Navy Federal app, you can do a direct transfer. The easiest way, however, is to use a card on file (you need one to schedule an appointment). I can’t take card payments in person, however.
No tips, please– but I would love for you to share about my work with a friend who could use my help, or leave a review on my bodywork page. I would really appreciate that!
Rescheduling an Appointment: My schedule can fill up 1-2 weeks (and oftentimes one month!) in advance and I often have a waiting list, so it's important to let me know as early as possible if you will need to change your appointment– that way you can get the time you need, and someone else can also come in for the help they need.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and things don't always go as planned– I definitely get it! If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please just let me know as soon as possible in advance. This will give me the opportunity to put someone else in that slot. I charge a fee of 50% of the cost of the session for cancellations within less than 24 hours. (A cancellation 2 hours or less before an appointment will be considered a "No Show.")
No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not message me to let me know that you can't make it at least two hours ahead, you will still need to pay 100% of your appointment cost, since I held that time for you and was not able to give that appointment to someone else.
I respect your time, and offer you the same benefits if I am the one who has to cancel last minute.
Urgent Appointments: I understand that there are times when you might need an urgent appointment, and it won't fit into my regular work hours. If you are in a lot of pain and I don't have an opening during my normal work schedule, it may be possible for me to see you anyway. The cost for an urgent appointment on my days off or when my schedule is already full is an additional $30.
Children Under 16: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Bring a book to read, or check one out from my resource library!
